What you should know about the Sabinas El Pilar Apartment

Entry: Entry to the apartment is from 2:00 p.m.
Keys: The key collection process for the Sabinas Apartments takes place at the Hotel Sauce, on Calle Espoz and Mina 33, very close to the apartments.
Arrival time: We appreciate you letting us know your arrival time to make it easier to collect the keys.
Identification: All hosted clients must register at check-in with a valid document.
Check-out: Check-out from the apartment is before 12:00.
Cleaning: The apartments include entry and exit cleaning. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be requested for an additional fee. The apartments include cleaning products.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free if it is made at least 48 hours before the day of arrival.
If the cancellation is made with less time, you would have to pay us the full amount of the first night.
For “non-refundable” reservations, in the event of cancellation, the amount of the reserved stay will not be refunded.
Deposit : At the time of registration, the client must pay the deposit amount of €150 at the reception of Hotel Sauce.
